The sequel to the most exciting fun run I've ever done has finally arrived. Team Outbreak is taking their gig to the mean streets of Bonifacio Global City. As you can expect, I will be there to outwit, outlast and outplay those darn zombies (channeling Survivor, haha). Before anything, here is a little video to whet your appetite and seduce you into signing up.

With that, it is time for me to share priceless tips and tricks that can help you survive and have fun:

1. Come in costume!
It's just more fun that way! You are signing up for a crazy zombie adventure so you might as well dress the part and be as goofy or hardcore as you possibly can. Trust me, it'll make it more memorable ;)

2. Prepare yourself physically
This is still a fun RUN. So, don't come in from a night out of partying and do try to get a few gym sessions in. You'll enjoy the event a lot more if you're not gasping for air every two and a half steps.

(Take us up on our offer to let you run at Outbreak BGC without any hassles. Sign-up with Juice.ph now!)

3. Don't hurt the zombies and don't hurt yourself
I think the event will be much better off if we follow their rules. Keeping it clean is an vital part of the event.

4. Get into it!
You are signing up for a ZOMBIE-themed event. It's kind of wacky so don't be a killjoy by criticizing whatever could go wrong during the fun run. Just stay with your friends, pretend you are going to get zombified and RUN! :D Life is a bit more fun with a little bit of ignorance in the mix.

5. Bring extra clothes, food and cameras
I was lucky enough to video most of my experience in Outbreak Manila and it's hilarious every time my friends and I watch it. Bring a camera or two, have some pictures with zombies or whatnot. It's always nice to look back at our crazy moments.

There you have it! You can expect another post closer to the event date with more juicy details and maybe several other suggestions. For now, don't forget to register on their website that you can find here. Registration starts on June 22, 2012. I'll see you there!
