They’re neither stupid nor slow. The zombies at Outbreak BGC chased runners as if they were infected with the rage virus. Zombies. Walking dead. Infected. Walkers. Ghouls. Living dead. Call them whatever you want, they don’t care, for they only have one thing in their brainless minds: to gorge on your delicious warm-blooded flesh. Or in the case of Outbreak BGC last July 28, 2012: to take your life flag. But there were also some who were friendly enough to answer questions as long as it didn’t take more than five minutes. After that, they would run amok and chase you ‘til you’re out of breath. Meet your friendly BGC neighborhood zombies:

SCHOOL GIRL ZOMBIE Human name: Patricia Pacheco How she got infected: At school. Duh! Last meal before turning into a zombie: Brains. She already had zombie-like eating preferences before turning into one. If she were a real zombie, where would she hide? On top of the buildings in Makati so she could easily jump on (and devour!) her victims. Favorite zombie movie: Ironically, she has not seen any zombie movie. Her zombie skills and talents are all innate.

What type of zombie she wants to become: A smart and scary I Am Legend zombie (She hasn’t watched the movie, only heard of it.) because she’d like to eat as many victims as she could. Since she will be eating humans for the rest of her life, how would she want them to taste like? Vanilla panna cotta. This zombie’s got good taste! KID ZOMBIE Human name: Paulina Pacheco How she got infected: Her sister (School Girl zombie) bit her but stopped after a few bites because she doesn’t taste like vanilla panna cotta. Last meal before turning into a zombie: None. Yaya wasn’t done preparing her meal when she got infected. If she were a real zombie, where would she hide? At Krispy Kreme Bonifacio High Street. Just because she turned into a zombie doesn’t mean she lost her sweet tooth! Favorite zombie movie: Plants vs. Zombies. It’s the closest she could get to watch (while yaya is playing) since she’s not yet allowed to watch zombie movies. What type of zombie she wants to become: A swimming zombie with a yellow ducky swimming float.

Since she will be eating humans for the rest of her life, how would she want them to taste like? Tocino. She has acquired her yaya’s taste, obviously.
