Juice presents a series of articles for any of those Christmas emergencies that are sure to pop up. Face it, you know it will. Be it a wrapping catastrophe, a drought of gift ideas, or an overlooked name on your Christmas list, Juice is here to help. Happy and hassle-free holidays to you all!

Oh no, there's only but a few days 'til Christmas and panic buying seems to be in your itinerary. What's your strategy? There's no longer enough time to take on a serious gift-giving quest; well, that's if you plan to search for the perfect present for each and every name on your Christmas list. Hate to break it to you Santa: you'll never make it at the rate you'll be going. The best tactic is to limit your shopping to the mecca of consumerism-- otherwise known as the mall. Yes, it's goodbye vintage shops and specialty bazaars (sadly). Well, don't blame us; reality check: you're on time pressure!

You've got to go generic.
Uhuh, so you really think you have the luxury to custom gift shop? The clock's ticking so it's best you locate the stores you'll be visiting in lightning-speed mode. Mind you, when I say generic, I don't necessarily mean 'boring'.

Don't be so gender-specific.
Choose gifts that will make both male and female recipients happy.

To make Christmas cramming easier for you, Juice conjured up a recommended list of Christmas presents that will catapult you to Santa status in a jiff!
I'd honestly appreciate it if someone gave me one. My flash drive's getting a wee bit too full. Secondly: people lose their flash drives all the time, so it wouldn't hurt to keep a spare in handy.

I don't see 'boring' in flash drive!

2) tumbler
I don't hold the statistics, but I'm assuming most people drink coffee and tea. Tumblers choose neither age or gender. Your little niece in grade school can use it to bring some warm milk to school; while your best-friend in med school will surely put it into good use during those all-nighters; hey, even mom can use a quick coffee fix mid rush hour.

Would it be weird if you got everyone a tumbler? Just a thought.

3) coffee
I'd love me a warm cup of Joe--so does the rest of the population!

4) 2012 planner
Here's where the variety comes in. There's a myriad of stylish organizers to choose from in the market. Check out your leading bookstores, and you'll surely find one that will fit both your budget and your friend's personality! You can be a bit more age/gender-specific with this one.

5) 2012 calendar
There are a lot of interesting calendars out there, ones that include unique pictures, illustrations, artwork, and quotations that might pique a certain friend or family member's interest, so take your pick!

6) a notebook (throw in a nice pen)
For novelty's sake, everyone loves a stylish notebook paired with a classy pen!

Add this classic to your collection.

7) a cozy blanket
Who wouldn't appreciate a little warmth during the holiday season?

8) travel accessories
Practical is good; bid cute-and-useless goodbye!

9) a nice manicure set
Trust me, every person needs one--and the boys aren't excused!

Note to boys: there are manly ones out in the market.

10) socks
Choose ones with funky graphic designs to make a seemingly bland gift, fun!

Hey, if you really think your gift isn't so much of a winner, then wrap it beautifully; then repeat after me: "It's the thought that counts".
