Promo Mechanics

1. Promo is open to all eYP.ph and all Juice.ph registered users currently residing in the Philippines, 18 years old and above.

2. To earn a valid entry, participant must accomplish ALL of the following:

i. Complete a successful registration at the EYP database

ii. Complete a successful entry describing the users' most forgettable vacation ever

3. Completing the activities mentioned above earns the registered user one (1) valid entry.

4. Only one (1) valid entry is allowed per unique registered participant.

5. Promo will run from March 1, 2010 (12:00am) to April 30, 2010 (11:59pm)

i. Submission of entries: March 1, 2010 (12:00am) to April 19, 2010 (11:59pm)

ii. Voting: April 12, 2010 (12:00am) to April 30, 2010 (11:59pm)

Content

6. Content must contain subject matter pertaining to, or relevant to the feature theme.

7. Content must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

i. Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information

ii. Materials which contain information that poses a risk to the health and safety of others

iii. Materials which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person

iv. Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual

v. Materials which are defamatory or libelous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual

vi. Materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party's intellectual property rights such as providing or advocating the use of pirated music, or providing link to sites which provide it.

8. eYP.ph holds the right to disqualify any participant that goes against the set rules, contestant parameters and/or regulations.

Prizes/Determining Winners

9. Two entries will be selected and awarded for the promo:

i. Grand Prize winner: a travel voucher of their selected vacation worth PhP 20,000.00

ii. Juice Pick winner: a vacation kit worth Php 10,000.00

10. The grand prize will be determined by the following:

i. 60% Judging

ii. 40% Online voting

11. Judging panel will be comprised of eYP.ph representatives.

12. Criteria for judging will be as follows:

i. Creativity 40%

ii. Detailed Description 40%

iii. Overall Impact 20%

13. The Juice Pick winner will be determined solely by Juice.ph representatives.

14. Juice Pick criteria will be as follows;

i. Creativity 40%

ii. Detailed Description 40%

iii. Overall Impact 20%

15. Contestants with more than one (1) entry may win only once.

16. Voting will be opened from April 12, 2010 (12:00am) until April 30, 2010 (11:59pm).

17. A registered user may vote for his desired entry as many times as he/she wants.

Announcement and Notification of Winners

18. Winners will be announced on May 3, 2010.

19. Two entries will be selected and awarded for the promo:

i. Grand Prize winner: a travel voucher of their selected vacation worth PhP 20,000.00

ii. Juice Pick winner: a vacation kit worth Php 10,000.00

20. Winners will be contacted by eYP.ph personnel based on the contact details on his/her registration. In the absence of contact numbers and other information, the registered email address shall be used.

21. Winners will coordinate with the winners to put together a feasible voucher based on the desired Pimp My Trip vacation, valid only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

i. Components must be comprised of eYP advertisers

ii. Total cost must not exceed Php 20,000 (Grand Prize) or Php 10,000 (Juice Pick)

iii. Components must be feasible and is subject for approval by eYP.ph.

22. Results will be posted on the Pimp My trip promo site, eYP Facebook fanpage, and Twitter account, as well as on Juice.ph.

23. Travel voucher/vacation kit must be claimed by the winner within sixty (60) days from the announcement of winners.

24. By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to submit content in the form of written work, photos and/or videos of the trip.

25. Prize can be claimed at the eYP office, at the following address:

8/F Ecoplaza Bldg., 2305 Chino Roces Ave. (Pasong Tamo Extension), Makati City

26. Prizes are only available to Metro Manila residents.

27. Prizes are not transferrable or convertible to cash.

Notes:

28. The judges' decision is final and is not subject to dispute.

29. eYP.ph has the right to suspend or disqualify entries it finds to be offensive or unjust with regards to commenting and voting.

30. All users will be duly credited for the entry, but eYP.ph and Juice.ph will have rights to all submitted content.

31. The winner gives eYP.ph the right to ask for and post photos, videos and other content pertaining to the awarded vacation post-promo.

32. All DPC, DPC business partners', Advertising and Media Agencies' employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join the contest.
