I loved this movie even though the story wasn't what I was expecting. I thought I would see a Tim Burton-Johnny Depp version of the Disney movie so I was pretty confused in the beginning. I loved Alice's clothes and Helena Bonham Carter did a wonderful performance as the Red Queen. I can't wait to watch it again!

I'm a big fan of Depp and Burton's work. I enjoyed this film as much as my little sister's first time watching in 3D. I was like a kid again with all the effects and story. Hopefully, this isn't the last flick they do.

I am biased - I always enjoy a Depp-Burton concoction, always inventive, fun and crazy! This was no exception, a visual feast. However, the 3D was less necessary here, or effective as it was in Avatar. The richness and imaginativeness of the sets didnt need 3D. And neither did the characters. The Cheshire Cat was especially conniving and seductive, and Bonham-Carter's Red Queen is delicious: I laugh heartily every time she shouts, "off with his head" - what a diva! And of course, there's Depp. As the Mad Hatter, he brought a brand new crazy to his "cap". Makes me wonder how many crazies he's got up his hat of tricks... The lines are very funny, but somewhat unintelligible. Will it be a classic like Sleepy Hollow? Not sure, but it was quite fun.
