Promo Mechanics

1. Promo is open to all eYP.ph and all Juice.ph registered users currently residing in the Philippines, 18 years old and above.
2. To earn a valid entry, the participant must accomplish ALL of the following:
1. Complete a successful registration at the EYP database www.eyp.ph
2. Go to www.juice.ph or www.juice.ph/moviepromo
3. Write a comment on any Juice article, movie or event. Each user can make multiple reviews.
3. One (1) review or comment is equivalent to one (1) valid entry.
4. Promo period: October 1 to 15, 2011 - Real Steel
   
   October 16 to 31, 2011 - Trespass

1. Content must contain subject matter pertaining to, or relevant to the feature theme and must be sensible and helpful to other users.
2. Content must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
   
   1. Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information
   2. Materials which contain information that poses a risk to the health and safety of others
   3. Materials which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person
   4. Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual
   5. Materials which are defamatory or libelous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual
   6. Materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party's intellectual property rights such as providing or advocating the use of pirated music, or providing link to sites which provide it.
3. Juice.ph reserves the right to disqualify any participant that goes against the set rules, contestant parameters and/or regulations.

1. Two winners per movie will be selected via the raffle.
2. The more valid reviews/comments, the greater chance to win.
3. Contestants can only win once regardless of the number of entries.

1. Winners will be announced on
          October 16, 2011 - Real Steel
          November 1, 2011 - Trespass
2. Winners will be contacted by Juice.ph personnel based on the contact details on his/her registration. In the absence of contact number/s and other information, the registered email address shall be used. Prizes should be claimed within 3 days after the winner was contacted or it will be forfeited.
3. Prize can be claimed at the eYP office, at the following address (Bring 1 valid I.D. and photocopy of birth certificate):
8/F Ecoplaza Bldg., 2305 Chino Roces Ave. (Pasong Tamo Extension), Makati City
4. Prizes are only available to Metro Manila residents.
5. Prizes are not transferrable or convertible to cash.
6. Awarding of winners is final and is not subject to dispute.
7. All users will be duly credited for the entry, but eYP.ph and Juice.ph will have rights to all submitted content.
8. All DPC, DPC business partners', Advertising and Media Agencies' employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join the contest.
