Paparazzi, by far, is the best fine dining Italian restaurant in Metro Manila. Food is EXCELLENT! With every bite I am convinced that they use nothing but the best ingredients available in the Philippines-- and yes, I can tell the difference! Their menu selection is superb! My favorites are the shaved parma ham with fresh mozzarella, the garden salad drizzled with truffle oil and topped with foie gras and the steak florentine cooked medium rare. Prices are very reasonable for a fine dining restaurant-- compared to others, prices are actually slightly cheaper.
