new look...i recently went to cubao expo (formerly marikina shoe expo) and was surprised to see that a lot of the shoe stores have been replaced by stores selling artsy stuff and unique finds. among the stores was a thrift shop which sells items from small "anik-aniks" to house decors, a health & wellness shop that sells a variety of food & dietary supplements, and other stores selling shoes & apparel at reasonable prices. there were also a couple of restaurants which are worth trying, especially the italian restaurant tucked away at the cul-de-sac.
