Relaxed, friendly, and delicious!I keep forgetting to put this restaurant in my list of usual haunts because it's so out of the way. The place is hidden in Makati's Bangkal area -- not your typical restaurant row -- and is a very unassuming place. My friend and I had dinner there a couple of weekends ago, and the owner (she calls herself the GRO -- Grandmother Relations Officer) sat beside us because there was nowhere else for her to sit! But I always love the place -- it's filled with interesting knickknacks that one can look over or peruse -- and the food is just so comforting. Highly recommended! (I gave it a 4 only because of location... but otherwise, it deserves a 5!)

worth the wait...i don't mind waiting a few minutes longer than the usual just to have a serving of their yummy paella negra! i haven't tried anything yet that would match my taste in paella the way they do. im getting hungry just by thinking about it!

If you're on a hunt for great food where anything you order is simply the best, this is the place to be. A must try... With its inviting bohemian charm and laidback atmosphere, though you have to wait a while for your orders to be served, the food will prove you worth the wait.
