Out of Town

Posted on August 29, 2011 by Spanky Hizon Enriquez

One of our Deepest, Darkest Secrets in Pampanga, Revealed!

Our Secret Sisig Source, located on a back road
of a small village off the MacArthur Highway in Angeles City.

You can try to find it; Mila's Tokwa't Baboy is an institution
located at  the San Angelo Subdivision, in Barangay Sto. Domingo.

If you get lost, just ask the friendly cabalen tricycle drivers plying the streeets
near the junction of San Fernando and Angeles, or better yet, call 045-888 6727.

It might take some time to find Mila's

but once you do so, you'll be greatly rewarded;
aside from the Best Sisig in Pampanga, you'll also find
the one and only original succulent, tender, juicy, smoky Tocino Barbecue!

Cap off your cholesterol feast

with what I call the Hannibal Lecter version
of Crispy Pata~ the facial mask of pork, Crispy Ulo!!!

The menu really hasn't changed much since it opened in 1987,

and don't let these prices scare you off~ the servings at Mila's are
absurdly generous, and are more than twice the amount of what's
usually served in MetroManila bars and restaurants for the same price.
