Cyndi was second only to Madonna in terms of being the most Iconic Female Pop Star of the 1980s- and the two of them capitalized heavily on MTV's peak in popularity during that decade, and provided some of the most visually arresting videos ever.

Cyndi's videos were certainly spectacular, but what really made her career endure are the songs that were the basis for all her MTV hits~ Time after Time, Money Changes Everything, I Drove All Night, All Through the Night, The Goonies are Good Enough, She Bop, and True Colors.

I'm very sure that her concert at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum, will be, like that seminal Tears For Fears concert last year, one gigantic sing along for the Pinoys!
