The Lyceum of the Philippines put up this wonderful boutique hotel late last year, in part, to provide a venue for the continuing training of their students from one of the best BS Hotel & Restaurant Management and Tourism degree courses.

The roof deck of the Bayleaf has instantly become one of the most romantic destinations in my favorite city, and one of the very few venues where a night out can be combined with a pretty cool history lesson too!
