Welcome to Elbert's Steak Room. And meet what could be the country's most spectacular deluxe burger!
It starts out with the most premium cuts of aged tenderloin, hand chopped. Then, the ground beef is stuffed with bits of bone marrow. And for added decadence, an infusion of truffles.
It's one of the greatest burgers I've ever devoured, and fancy that, I masticated this majestic hunk of meat like a caveman displaced in the most elegant of surroundings.
There's only one proper way to cook meat this refined.
Medium Rare.
The bone marrow doesn't melt into the mix, and a close-up cross section of the patty reveals the utter orgasmic beefy goodness within.
I swear. It was almost better than sex.

Now I have a reason to visit Elbert's Steak Room again...it's been 2 years almost. I think I blew 2 arteries just oggling these pics. Geeewwwwd job!
